 Dr. Avinoam Kadouri

Dr Avinoam Kadouri is one of the leading scientists and respected names in the Industrial biotechnology fraternity. He has over 15 years of experience as R&D Director and worldwide Process development Director in Serono International. He is a member of several Scientific Advisory Boards of leading biotech companies in US, Europe and Israel. He is the CEO of Rainbow Biotechnologies (Sarl) and the Chief technology advisor of Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics, a leading company in Neurodegenerative therapy. Dr. Kadouri was the Chairman of ACTIP (Animal Cell Technology Industrial Platform), an important European Organization of the major
 Companies in Europe for 4 years. He is a world expert in process development, strategizing for technology transfer, setting up production processes for manufacturing and commercialization.

Dr. Kadouri had been closely associated to prominent and world-renowned research Institutes and Universities before joining the industry. He has published large number of papers in life science and biotechnology and holds several applied patents. Dr. Kadouri is an important guest speaker in many major international biotech conferences not only in US and Europe but also all over the world.
 Dr Mani V. Subramanium
(Director, Center for Biocatalysis & Bioprocessing, Professor, Chemical & Biochemical Engineering)
Dr.Mani V Subramanium is another extremely respected scientists in the field of Biotechnology. He has chaired for Winter Gordon Research Conference twice and is Member of the Advisory Board, ‘Center for Biocatalysis and Bioprocessing for almost 8 years. He was the Organizing Board Member, IBC conference on ‘Enzyme Technology’, Boston. He is board member and secretary for University of Iowa Research Park Corporation. He has spear headed the research and development in biotechnology and Bioprocessing for over 7years for leading companies like Dow Chemicals, Maxygen Inc, Sandoz and Novartis. He also has several
patents to his credit in the fields of DNA shuffling to agricultural biotechnology. He is a world expert in product development and its related aspects and shortening the time to market.

Dr. Subramanium is a fellow and closely assosciated with professional groups like American Society for the Advancement of Science, American Society of Microbiology, American Chemical Society, American Society of Plant Physiology, International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry. Apart from this he has authored and co-authored more than 35 research papers in major journals and books. He is a coveted guest speaker at various international conferences and was also invited to the ‘expert panel’ with respect to assessment of microbial genomics technology collaboration between MIT & DuPont. He is the Associate Editor, Journal of Biocatalysis and Biotransformation.
